Our Parent Support Advisor (PSA) is here to offer practical guidance and a friendly listening ear to families who may need support at any stage of their child’s school journey. The PSA works closely with parents, carers, and staff to help strengthen home–school relationships and ensure every child feels settled, confident, and ready to learn.

They can assist with a wide range of concerns, including behaviour, routines, attendance, emotional wellbeing, and accessing local services. Whether you need advice, someone to talk things through with, or help finding the right support, our PSA is available to work with you in a confidential and non‑judgemental way.

Parents can arrange a meeting, request a phone call, or simply stop for a chat at school. Our PSA is here to help families feel supported, connected, and empowered.
