Super Scientists - 10.11.17

The children have had a great week this week continuing their learning. During this week the children have learn't about addition and subtraction using a written method, written their own persuasive letter and discussed Remembrance Day.

In our Science learning, the children investigated the weight of gas. During this investigation, the children discussed the investigative process of working scientifically.

To link in with our Remembrance Day discussions, Leo and Genevieve brought in some personal letters from their Great Uncle who was shot down over Germany during WW2 in the RAF. These family memories really helped bring the learning this week to life.

Lottie also enjoyed our Remembrance learning so much, she conducted some research at home about Harry Drinkwater and the diary he wrote during WW1.
