13.10.17 Exploring Autumn

This week we continued with our learning about Autumn and completed our learning of the Gruffalo story. The children worked together to make homes for the animals by using the natural resources. We took our learning of numbers outside and took turns to roll the ping pong ball along the number line. We had great discussions as to the number the children predicted that the ball would land on. They then went on to record the results on the floor with the chalks.
We had a special visitor in our assembly this week called 'Billy the Boots' and he helped us to learn about road safety. We all sat really well in assembly and joined in with the key words and actions.
