1.03.19- The Great Fire of London

This week has been packed with languages morning, story innovations, danceathon and starting a new topic.

We are very lucky to have Mrs Jago teaching us the French language. The session started with us being taught different greetings before learning how to sing, One elephant went out to play, Head, shoulders, knees and toes in French. We also learnt how to count to 20. Next time the children will also be learning a bit about the country.

The children have started a new topic of The Great Fire of London. This week the children have created some pictures of fire and will continue to add silhouettes to it for the final picture. More to come!

The danceathon was a great hit with the children throughout the school. There were some great moves on the dance floor for a bit of exercise and raising money for an amazing charity.

in Literacy, the children have been retelling the story of The Three Little Pigs. On Friday,  they chose a different  good and bad character as well as houses made of different materials.
