Welcome back. Hope you all had a super Christmas
and a wonderful New Year!

Our focus this week has been the story of the
Hare and the Tortoise. In literacy we looked at
retelling the story in our own words using descriptive
language and various sentence openers.

On Wednesday we had a super time at the theatre.
We all thoroughly enjoyed the performance and were
surprised that the story ended a little differently to
the one we have heard before.

We had a wonderful day today at our Christmas dinner!

We all looked super in our Christmas party hats and dinner was lovely.

We hope you all have a magical Christmas and
look forward to seeing you all in the New Year.

Mrs Sandoe and Mrs Case would like to thank all
the children for their hard work this term and also
the parents for their continued support at home.

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!!!

Wow! This week we did our baa-brilliant nativity.
The children were all fantastic and we are proud
of every single child. They put so much effort into
learning their lines, songs and dances.

We would like to thank you all for your support in
helping your child learning their part and for supplying
such super costumes.

This week we have also started making Christmas
decorations. We all cut a snowflake out of paper.
Then we decorated a CD with glitter and glued our
paper snowflake on top. We think they are very effective
and cant wait to take them home!
