Year 5

This week in literacy we have become persuasive writers. On Monday we had to create a persuasive poster about our favourite chocolate bar. We had to try and persuade Miss Richards why she should choose our chocolate bar. Then on Friday she selected a chololate bar and and we were all given the chance to try it, we then had to do an evaluation of the Mint areo bubbles!

We continued to be persuasive writers in literacy, during the week we were able to design our very own theme park. It had to done in the form of a leaflet, in the leaflet we had to describe our theme park, say why it was the best, show a map of the park and list the prices. This was great fun! We then had to write an informal letter to someone telling them why they should visit our park. Take a look at the pictures to see some of our leaflets.





In maths we continued to solve problems but moved onto division.
